Frights on Fifth

Downtown Frederick’s Halloween afternoon: dress up and stroll Fifth Street from 3 to 5 pm, filling a treat bag at the participating shops and community booths, with the Big Beast Bazaar pet costume contest at 4 pm awarding prizes to the best-dressed pets (register the pet on the Town’s page).
