Georgia Boys BBQ Smokehouse
Georgia-style slow-smoked barbecue with scratch sides, a patio and a full bar pouring local beer, in the Smokehouse on Fifth Street since 2014. Closed Mondays.
Georgia Boys started in a century-old house in Longmont in 2011 and opened the Frederick Smokehouse in 2014 with more seating, a patio and a full-service bar that leans on local breweries. Happy hour runs Tuesday to Friday, 2:30 to 5 pm. Online orders stop half an hour before closing, and reservations are taken by phone only for parties of eight or more, on Fridays and Saturdays at or before 4:30 pm. The company also caters and runs a food truck.
