Miners Park
A small park on Grant Avenue in Firestone’s original townsite, with picnic shelters and tables, horseshoe pits and a water fountain; the Town’s Carbon Valley Holiday Festival is held here each December.
Miners Park sits in the historic core near First Street and Grant Avenue, a block from the former Town Hall. The Town lists horseshoe pits, picnic shelters and tables, benches, bins and a water fountain; shelters are first come, first served unless a permit has been issued for an event. The Town publishes no park hours.
